All SILENTIUM products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at camposanthony00@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Lost packages

If your order is lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
